Gary Doyle
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Doyle spent most of his career at Unilever. While his Unilever experience spans foods and home and personal care, his last ten years at Unilever were spent in the ice cream segment. During that period he was involved in operating existing Unilever ice cream businesses, initiating start up operations in new countries, effecting enhancements in existing operations and leading acquisitions. Among other things, he was a senior director of Unilever's North American ice cream operations and led Unilever's acquisition of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. After leaving Unilever, he has operated his own consulting business with focus on manufacturers (including small and large ice cream businesses), retailers and share groups focused on private label and effectiveness at retail.
Jen Loving
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Loving is a senior financial executive who has served as a value-adding partner to chief executive officers and other top management in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, asset management and financial services. She has strong problem-solving, business and leadership skills. A well-developed technical background and an ability to learn quickly have allowed her to make successful changes in profitability, strategic direction, organizational staffing and the upgrading of financial department functionality.
Linda Pennington
Vice President of Operations
Ms. Pennington is an operations executive with multi-faceted business experience in the frozen food and beverage industry. Linda has extensive credentials in a broad range of operational business functions including strategic planning, manufacturing production, scheduling and planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, project development and capital improvements. She has managed manufacturing operations for Carnation Nestle, JR Simplot and Starbucks. Her experience and skills are focused on cross functional teams designed to improve competitive advantage by leveraging process improvements, innovation and lean manufacturing.
